I am a lazy cook.  My preferred way of cooking is to make a week’s worth of meals at one time heating up the leftovers to be warmed up through the week.  What I needed was a better way.

 A good friend introduced me to Arbonne in 2020.  Arbonne nutrition gives me an option to change my eating habits and fill the gaps in my nutrition needs.  

To help, Arbonne has the 30 Days to Healthy Living Set. Below I explain how I have created my healthy eating style.

 I start the day by taking my various prescription medications, a dose of Olive Leaf Extract, and a garlic pill.  After five minutes, I then mix four ounces of water with Arbonne GutHealth Digestion & Microbiome Support.

 First meal is breakfast.  I start the day using the Arbonne Chocolate Flavor FeelFit Pea Protein Shake. I mix mine with 16 ounces of Almond Milk, add Arbonne BeWell Superfood Greens, Arbonne Whole Food Blend Multivitamin & Mineral Boost. I add two more items,  a tablespoon of Ground Flaxseed, a teaspoon of honey, and a half cup uncooked oatmeal.  I then blend this together. This makes a very delicious and filling meal.

 Halfway through the morning is fat and fruit break time.  I generally have a few handfuls of almonds and a piece of fresh fruit type based on the season.
My Lunch meal is my solid meal of the day. I make enough for a week generally on Monday or Tuesday. My favorite is variations of vegetable soups.  I always include tomatoes, green beans and carrots.  Then I add a variety of various chili style beans.  Occasionally I add ground turkey, ground Chicken, Ground pork or beef stew meat.

 Halfway through the afternoon is fat and fruit break time.  I generally have a few handfuls of walnuts and a piece of fresh fruit type based on the season.

 Supper is Arbonne Vanilla Flavor FeelFit Pea Protein Shake.  I mix with 16 ounces of Almond Milk, add Arbonne GutHealth Prebiotic Fiber, a table spoon of real maple syrup, about a cup of frozen strawberries or frozen strawberries mixed with raspberries and blueberries, and ¾ cup of either corn flakes or rice crispies. Blend it and drink it.

 A few hours before bed time I like to have a snack of fresh vegetables. Also in the evening I like to have a drink of Arbonne EnergyFizz Ginseng Fizz Sticks as I do a fair amount of personal work and exercise in the evening.  Prior to bed then is a cup or two of Arbonne CleanTox Herbal Detox Tea.
